Tim Stevic

Tim Stevic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tim is currently serving as the Deputy to the Chief Technology Officer at TWR, where they coordinate and plans projects and programs to improve the Global Technical Services (GTS) department. Prior to this, they worked at NTT Ltd. as the Director of Operations PMO for the Cloud business unit, managing a team of project managers and overseeing governance and strategic projects. Tim also held similar positions at Dimension Data, where they were the Director of Operations PMO and the Business Process Manager. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Senior Manager at Capital One and as a Program Manager at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, managing international OSS and BSS projects. Tim also served as the Director of Professional Services and Branch Director at Ajilon/IMI Systems. Overall, Tim has extensive experience in project management, operations, and process improvement.

Tim Stevic earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Data Processing from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, Tim became a certified instructor for Civil Treatment at Employment Learning Innovations (ELI). In 2017, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Tim also holds the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they acquired in 2016. In the same year, they obtained the Service Management Advocate certification from BadgeCert. Tim's education and certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
