Shanty Damayanti K. possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Development and HR Operations Department Head at PT. Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7) since 2007, where Shanty has also held roles as Learning and Development Section Head and Assessment Section Head. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Daya Dimensi Indonesia from 2005 to 2007 and serving in various capacities within corporate HR at PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK from 1999 to 2005, as well as Recruitment & Training Section Head at Alpha Sarana from 1995 to 1999. Shanty earned a degree from Universitas Padjadjaran from 1988 to 1994, following secondary education at SMA Tarakanita 1 from 1985 to 1988.
