Theresa Innes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Theresa started their career as an intern at Danbury Superior Court in 2011. In 2013, they joined Expand International as an Account Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they moved on to TransAct® Technologies, where they initially served as a Sales Support Specialist and later became the Senior Sales Support Specialist. In this role, they led a team responsible for order management and sales support for multiple business units. Theresa also provided account management, customer support, and sales support to the outside sales team and management. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Customer Success Representative before transitioning to their current role. With their extensive experience in sales support and customer success, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position at TransAct® Technologies.

Theresa Innes pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University, completing their education between the years 2007 and 2012.
