Subhash Verma

Subhash Verma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technological leadership, currently serving as Managing Director at Transaction Network Services since August 2022. Prior roles include Managing Director and VP-Engineering at AGNITY India from July 2010 to August 2022, Chief Operating Officer & VP-Engineering at AGNITY, and Vice President of Engineering & Technology at both AGNITY and GENBAND. Subhash has also held the position of Assoc. Vice President of Technology at BayPackets Inc and served as Director of Data Communications at the Department of Telecommunications. Educational credentials include an M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology and a BE in Electrical from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed between 1981 and 1987.
