Will Lipford

Will Lipford has extensive work experience in the field of technical leadership and engineering. Will currently works at Transaction Network Services as a Technical Lead, Automation DevOps, overseeing a major transformation of the DevOps core structure. Their responsibilities include overhauling data repositories for improved efficiency and reliability.

Prior to this role, Will held various positions at Transaction Network Services, including Sr. NMS Engineer, Senior Application Architect, and Senior Software Engineer. Will successfully deployed IT solutions, offered consultative guidance, and provided analytical, technical, and business expertise.

Will also worked at PCCW as a Software Engineer, leading a critical project involving the migration of a custom-built application to an off-the-shelf ticket system.

Furthermore, Will has experience in Opensource testing at Owl and served as a Jr. Systems Administrator at Stratford University while pursuing their education.

Will Lipford obtained an Associates degree in Computer Programming from Stratford for the years 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Strayer University for the period of 2005 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Will also acquired certifications such as "Collaborative Workflows with Git and GitHub" and "Network Programming and Automation" from Network to Code in October 2023, along with a "Solarwinds Certified Professional" certification from SolarWinds in October 2015.
