Neel K Thakkar

Neel K Thakkar is a seasoned consultant at Transaction Square, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Deal Advisory, Direct and International Taxation, FEMA, and Corporate Advisory since January 2022. Prior to this role, Neel served as a Senior Executive Assistant at RMJ & Associates LLP and worked as an Audit Assistant at Bansi S Mehta & Co. from February 2014 to February 2017. Neel's extensive experience includes statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and internal financial controls across various industries, along with drafting legal opinions, share valuation, and IND AS assignments. Neel has been pursuing education from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2014 and has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2015. Additionally, Neel is currently engaged in studies with the CFA Institute since 2018.
