Susan Tope has extensive experience in operations management and technical direction within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Northern Indiana Operations Manager at Trans / Air Manufacturing since October 2023. Previously, from October 2019, Susan held the position of Division Operations Manager within the Trans / Air Manufacturing-StarCraft Division, where leadership and efficiency improvements were emphasized in the installation of Climate Control Systems for a major bus manufacturing facility. Additionally, Susan has been employed as an Administrative Assistant and A/C Technician at Trans/Air Midwest since October 1998. Educationally, Susan Tope earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College Northern Indiana, graduating Cum Laude in 2018.
