Katie Duke

Katie Duke currently serves as Senior Advisor for External Communications and Media Relations at TransAlta, following a progression of roles within the field of communications and marketing. Prior to this position, Katie held various advisory roles at SECURE ENERGY, including Marketing Communications Advisor and Specialist. Experience also includes event coordination at BREADMAKER Productions Inc. and a Marketing & Communications Coordinator role at Surerus Murphy Joint Venture. Earlier career positions include customer service and account management at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, along with a graphic design internship at SECURE ENERGY. Katie holds a Bachelor of Communications in Information Design from Mount Royal University.
