Chris Fleming is currently the COO of Individual Solutions at Transamerica, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Chris served as SVP of Life & Annuity Operations at Lincoln Financial Group from 2019 to 2022 and held various leadership positions at ING, including VP of Finance and COO of Insurance Central Europe. They have extensive experience in operations and finance, having worked with firms such as Fidelity & Guaranty Life and GE Capital, among others. Chris earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completing their degree in 1989.
