Matthew Krigbaum

Matthew Krigbaum is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel, Vice President, and Assistant Secretary at Transamerica since 2008. In this role, Matthew leads the Transactional Law Group and oversees a range of responsibilities including global procurement agreements, software and technology transactions, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters, while also advising the corporate venture fund. Prior to Transamerica, Matthew held partnership and attorney positions at Moyer & Bergman and Davidson Goldstein Mandell & Menkes. Education includes a Law Degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from John Marshall Law School, and a BA in Geography/Business from the University of Oregon.
