Richard M. Schapiro

Dick Schapiro has more than 35 years of investment banking experience, providing capital raising and advisory services to a variety of financial institutions and healthcare companies. He worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 15 years until he retired as Managing Director, Health Care Group, in 2014. Mr. Schapiro began his career at Salomon Brothers, where he held positions of increasing responsibility for almost 20 years, covering financial institutions and healthcare companies.

He has an MBA in taxation from the Zicklin School of Business, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University.
