Tonya Gaona possesses extensive experience in client solutions and absence management, having held positions such as Absence Management Partner at Transamerica, Director of Client Solutions at both New York Life Insurance Company and Cigna Insurance Services, and served as Disability Team Leader and Disability Claim Manager. Tonya Gaona earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus on Cardiac Rehab from Fort Hays State University between 1991 and 1995.
