Stephanie Rich

Stephanie Rich is a seasoned legal professional specializing in privacy and data protection. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Affairs and Data Privacy Officer at Transat since January 2024, Stephanie also provides consulting services through Stephanie Rich, Consulting, initiated in January 2017. Previous experience includes roles such as Interim Chief Privacy Officer at Loblaw Companies Limited from November 2020 to February 2022, Principal Privacy Officer at Air Canada from May 2017 to June 2020, and Assistant General Counsel, Privacy and Ethics Officer at Aimia Inc from April 2011 to December 2016. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from McGill University.
