Radka, as lead coordinator of our Central European practice, represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments in the Czech Republic and region, particularly in the fields of corporate and M&A, real estate law, banking and finance and growth capital.

Radka has more than eighteen years of legal experience in the Czech Republic and she specializes among others also on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and various types of commercial transactions. She also focuses on all aspects of banking & finance cases in the Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to opening her own practice, Radka worked with the Canadian firm Burns Schwartz, and Czech firm Tomsa & Spol concentrating on matters of corporate and commercial law, as well as banking and financial matters.

Radka obtained her first degree in law in 1997 at Faculty of Law of the Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic then a JUDr. degree (Juris Utriusque Doctor) in Czech Financial Law, Faculty of Law of the Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic, 2002 and a Bc. degree in economics, Faculty of Economics Pilsen, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic in 1997.

Radka is member of Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian and Bucharest (Romania) Bar Associations, and she is also arbiter of the permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.

Radka is a native Czech speaker and is fluent in English, Slovak, Russian and is proficient in German. She is Sworn Translator for English and Russian.
