Cédric André-Masse is currently the Customer Experience Director at Transavia, where they lead initiatives in airport and inflight experience as well as customer services. They also serve as Vice President of Digital & Customer Experience at HOP! Air France, a position held since 2016. Previously, Cédric worked at Air France from 2004 to 2010 as an E-commerce Information Manager and later as a Customer Innovation Manager focused on digital experiences at airports. Cédric began their career as a Business Consultant at Accenture France from 2002 to 2004.
