Camille H. serves as the Director of the People Team Business Partner at Transcarent since April 2025, following the company's acquisition of Accolade, Inc., where Camille played a key role in defining and executing the people strategy. Prior to this position, Camille held several roles at Accolade, including Director of People & Culture Business Partner for Care Delivery and Senior Manager of People & Culture, focusing on aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities. Additionally, Camille is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and has served as a board member and co-chair of the Policy and Ethics Committee for the Institute Of Core Energetics. With a solid background in human resources, training, and coaching—including experience with Catholic Charities USA and as the Head Coach of the cheerleading team at Princeton University—Camille has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee engagement and developing strategic initiatives. Education includes coursework at Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Monroe College.
