Erica Davila

Erica Davila serves as General Counsel for Transcarent overseeing all legal, compliance, and regulatory issues.

Prior to Transcarent, Erica served as General Counsel at Zocdoc where she was responsible for Legal and Compliance. Erica previously worked at JPMorgan Chase where she most recently served as General Counsel to Haven — the Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase healthcare venture. Prior to Haven, Erica served as Assistant General Counsel in the Government Investigations & Regulatory Enforcement group managing large scale government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and internal investigations.

Erica began her career at Prudential Financial where she held various roles such as internal auditor and manager of the Litigation Department’s e-discovery initiative. At the same time, she attended law school and upon graduation, she started her legal practice at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as an associate in the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense practice group.

Erica holds a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University.
