Hannah Franklin

Hannah Franklin, MSOD, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Employee Experience at Transcarent, a position held since the company's acquisition of Accolade in April 2025. Prior to this role, Hannah held various positions at Accolade, Inc., including Director of Organizational Development and multiple managerial roles in Employee Experience and Talent Management. Hannah's earlier experience includes serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at AIPAC, where consultation with leadership focused on fulfilling organizational needs through targeted programs. Additionally, Hannah has held development and fundraising roles at AIPAC, along with several internships and research assistant positions throughout the educational journey at Emory University and the University of San Francisco.
