Thi Montalvo

Thi Montalvo's work experience began in 2002 at Anthem, Inc., where they held various positions from analyst to strategy leader until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a consultant at Towers Watson, providing expertise in projects related to corporate strategic wellness plans, financial models, and health and group benefits. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Staff Vice President Clinical Business Solutions at Anthem, Inc., overseeing clinical performance guarantees and executive reporting. In 2013, Montalvo joined Willis Towers Watson as the Health Analytics Intellectual Capital Leader for the U.S. and Canada until 2019, followed by the role of North America Health Analytics Practice Leader until 2022. Currently, they are working at Transcarent, first as the Vice President Reporting and Analytics from 2022 to 2024, and now as the Senior Vice President Performance Analytics from 2024.

Thi Montalvo earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California Los Angeles. They also obtained a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California.
