Anna Abouzeid

Anna Abouzeid is an accomplished wellness professional with extensive experience in healthcare and client services. Currently serving as the Sr. Wellness Director for Client Services at Transcend since November 2023, Anna leads strategic initiatives to align client care with business development goals, enhancing service delivery and driving revenue growth. Previously, Anna held the role of Wellness Deputy Director of Patient Services, where a patient-centric approach resulted in exceptional service outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as the Wellness Specialist Team Lead at Transcend Company HRT and working as a Medical Scribe at Inscribe Documentation Services, where intensive training was completed to provide accurate and efficient transcription services in an emergency room setting. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a Pre-Professional Concentration and a minor in Exercise Science/Nutrition from Oakland University.
