In 2018, Panfalone joined UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants as a Human Resources Generalist, eventually taking on the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist and later Human Resources Manager. Most recently, Panfalone has worked at Transcend, where they have held positions as an HR Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources.
Eric Panfalone completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Wayne State University from 2011 to 2015. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the same university, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
