With a background in leadership, culture transformation, and human resources, Zant has a wealth of experience working with senior executives to drive organizational success. Prior to their current roles, Zant held positions at companies such as Anuvu, Fifth Third Bank, and WorkflowOne, where Zant focused on leadership development, HR transformation, and sales performance consulting. Zant holds a BS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and has a varied educational background in business, military science, electronic systems, and personnel administration.
