Dave Barmore

Dave Barmore is a co-founder of Runway Strategies and has over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and regulation. They have built coalitions and shaped legislation in more than 30 states and internationally, advising hyper-growth companies on complex policy environments, particularly in areas such as AI and data privacy. Previously, Barmore worked as a Public Policy Manager at Uber, where they helped scale public affairs strategies globally and secured multiple legislative achievements. They also currently serve as the Head of Public Policy at Transcend and in a board member capacity with the Equality Legal Action Fund. Barmore holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
