Howie Chang

Howie Chang is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the fields of technology and innovation, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Forward College since June 2019, focusing on in-demand skills education. In addition, Howie is a Fellow at Transcend Network and previously founded and led Ayuh Bina and Gut Studio, both aimed at fostering innovation and crafting digital experiences, respectively. Notable prior roles include Co-Founder and Head of Product at The Commissioned, Director of Product Management at RedMart, and Head of UX & Design at Rakuten Viki, where Howie led significant redesigns and product roadmaps. An adjunct lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic, Howie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology and Design from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Multimedia Infocommunication Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic.
