Manuela Monsalve

Manuela Monsalve is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent management and education. Currently serving as a Partner and Director of Talent at Transcend since December 2020, Manuela has previously held significant roles as a Senior Talent Manager and Talent Manager at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School from January 2018 to December 2020, and as a Manager and Curriculum Writer at Teach For America from June 2013 to January 2018. In addition to educational expertise as an Elementary School Teacher, Manuela gained policy experience as a Policy Fellow with The Urban Leaders Fellowship in 2017 and completed a summer internship with the United States Senate in 2012. Manuela holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware.
