Vice President Operational Excellence at Transcendia

Allyson Olsen has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Allyson started their career as a Technical Sales Engineer at Siemens Energy & Automation in 2000. Allyson then worked at Tom Zosel Associates as both a Consultant and Senior Consultant before joining Sears Holdings Corporation in 2006.

At Sears Holdings Corporation, Allyson held multiple roles including Manager of Retail Program Management, Director of Retail Projects, and Director of Client Solutions. Allyson then moved on to Brunswick Corporation in 2012, where they served as the Director of North American Retail Operations. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and implementation.

After their time at Brunswick Corporation, Allyson joined Life Fitness as the Director of InMovement Operations. Allyson was responsible for the overall client experience, site programming, and field processes. Allyson also managed two direct reports and acted as a business liaison for supply chain activities. Allyson later transitioned to become the Director of ASBU Customer Service & Support, overseeing contact center and field service operations.

In 2019, Allyson joined Transcendia, Inc. as the Director of Customer Service, leading the customer support operation and driving process improvements. Allyson then assumed the role of Vice President of Operational Excellence, where they led the development and execution of operational cost savings plans and spearheaded ERP implementations.

Allyson's work experience showcases their strong leadership skills, their ability to drive process improvements, and their customer-centric approach. Allyson has a proven track record of delivering results and managing various teams and projects.

Allyson Olsen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a MOST Certification from H.B. Maynard/Accenture in February 2010.
