Jeffrey Kidwell

Jeffrey Kidwell is a well-known expert in the securities financing, repo and securities lending industries, with over 37 years of experience. Jeffrey began their career in 1982 at Morgan Stanley, where they held various roles including Executive Director, Specials Repo Trader, North American Repo Sales Manager, Trader, Vice President and Management Information Systems-Programmer. In 1990, they joined Morgan Stanley Flexible Agreements Inc. as a Trader and was promoted to President in 1994. In the same year, they were also appointed as LDC/Emerging Markets Repo Manager and Rate Risk Manager at North American Financing Desk. In 1997, they were promoted to Executive Director at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. and was responsible for the administration and trading of numerous Fixed Income securities, futures, and commodities. In 2004, they joined Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Inc. as Managing Director/Partner and Co-Head of Global Financing Desk, Sales & Trading. In 2008, they founded and became the Head of Direct Repo at AVM, Inc. LP. In 2018, they started Jeff Kidwell Consultants as a Senior Repo Expert. Finally, in 2020, they founded Kidwell Consultants, LLC and is currently the President.

Jeffrey Kidwell received their High School Diploma from Andover High School in 1978 after attending from 1975-1978. Jeffrey then attended Cornell University from 1978-1982, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General.
