Nisha Perez

Nisha Perez is a highly experienced professional in the fields of preclinical development and clinical pharmacology, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Preclinical Development & Clinical Pharmacology at ROME Therapeutics since October 2023. In addition, Nisha holds a position as a Science Advisory Board member at Transcera, contributing to development strategy in DMPK, Toxicology, and Clinical Pharmacology. Previously, Nisha was VP of Preclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology at Reverie Labs and Senior Director, Head of DMPK at ROME Therapeutics. Nisha's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Blueprint Medicines and Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, where significant contributions were made to various drug development programs and innovative solutions in pharmacology. Nisha is also an adjunct professor at Curry College, teaching Anatomy and Physiology. Nisha holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Project Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Medicinal Chemistry from the University at Buffalo.
