Leisha Marie Ortiz Perez, MBA, CC has held various roles at TransCita since 2010. Starting as an Operating Supervisor in November 2010, they later became a Fleet Manager in November 2013. In January 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager and then to Operating Director in January 2017. Most recently, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Operations since August 2018.

Leisha Marie Ortiz Perez holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad Metropolitana. Leisha Marie also obtained a certification as a Fleet Manager from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to their academic qualifications, Leisha Marie Ortiz Perez has obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in August 2023.
