Phillip Coss

Phillip Coss is an experienced IT professional with a background in network administration and educational support in the field of information technology. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at TransCita since September 2020, Phillip has previously held positions as an IT Administrator and Staff Consultant at RSM Puerto Rico from October 2014 to July 2020. As a Subject Matter Expert in Information Technology at National University College, Phillip contributed significantly to the design and implementation of core courses for the institution's IT bachelor’s degree program. Additionally, Phillip has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Inter American University of Puerto Rico, teaching several technology-related courses, and an internship with the US Department of the Treasury, focusing on security compliance and research on intrusion detection software. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Computation in Open Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
