Prior to that, as Customer Service Manager at Commercial Wireless, also in Dublin, he managed the mobile phone device repair process for business customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA adherence. His early career included a role as Project Manager, where he focused on acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, business development, and coordinating event teams, demonstrating his foundational skills in project management and brand growth.
