Martina Kristić Milićević

Martina Kristić Milićević has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and marketing roles. Martina is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition Central & Eastern Europe at Transcom, where they have been since December 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Germany, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina at Transcom since January 2023. Martina also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruiting Specialist at Transcom. Before joining Transcom, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Auto Mall from November 2016 to November 2018 and at PSC Osijek from September 2013 to October 2016. Martina's earlier experience includes working as a Territory Sales Representative/Business Building Executive at Philip Morris International from May 2012 to February 2013. Martina also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant in the Marketing Department at Zagreb School of Economics and Management.

Martina Kristić Milićević completed their secondary education at Gimnazija Matija Antun Reljkovic from 2003 to 2007. Martina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Management at Zagreb School of Economics and Management from 2007 to 2011. Martina furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from 2011 to 2015.
