David Spence has extensive experience in managing compliance with federal and state safety regulations in the commercial motor vehicle transportation industry. At TransCor America, LLC, David serves as the Managing Director for Fleet Management and DOT Compliance, overseeing fleet procurement, safety, compliance, equipment research, and contract management. Prior to this, David held the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance Safety and D.O.T., ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards. During their time at Corrections Corporation of America, Spence was the Director of Occupational Safety and Health, responsible for supervising compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards at correctional facilities.
