Tammy Farrar has over 25 years of professional work experience. Tammy began their career in 1984 as a Soldier in the US Army. In 1996, they moved to Mid-City Office Systems as a Service Coordinator. In 2010, they began working as a Business Analyst for Sykes Enterprises, Inc. and in 2015, they joined TranscribeMe as Senior Operations and Support. Tammy also held the role of Sales and Business Intelligence, and Business Operations Analyst/Recruiting at TranscribeMe. In this role, they worked with the Operations director to streamline and optimize the remote workforce, increasing applicants from 5k a month to 30k a month while reducing recruiting cost by 60%. Tammy also designed and implemented KPI dashboards and assisted in streamlining operational processes.
