Luca Lipani

Luca Lipani has a diverse work experience in various companies and organizations. In 2015, they began working at Pharmacy2U Ltd as an ACT. Later in 2015, they joined the University of Bath as a Research Assistant while pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmacology & Physics. Luca continued their research journey at the University of Bath and became a Research Associate in November 2020. In 2021, Luca co-founded Transdermal Diagnostics Ltd and assumed the role of Co-Founder & CEO. Additionally, they also participated in the ECR - ICURe program at Innovate UK from May 2021 to December 2021.

Luca Lipani has a strong educational background, with a focus on pharmacy and chemistry. In 2008, Luca obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF) from Università di Catania. As part of this program, Luca also spent time in 2013 studying medicinal chemistry at Goethe University Frankfurt.

Following the completion of the master's program, Luca pursued further academic achievements. From 2015 to 2019, Luca attended the University of Bath, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree. The Ph.D. focused on a combination of pharmacy and physics.

In addition to formal degrees, Luca has obtained various certifications. In 2015, Luca obtained the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certification from the British Council. More recently, in 2021, Luca completed the Deep Launch Academy and IGNITION: Two Day Business Builder programs offered by Spin Up Science.

Furthermore, Luca holds a qualification to practice as a pharmacist, which was obtained from Università degli Studi di Catania. The specific details regarding the timing of this qualification are not available.
