Emily Heineking is an experienced professional in HR analytics and controlling, currently serving as Team Leader of HR Analytics & HR Controlling at Transdev GmbH since January 2020. With a focus on personnel cost planning, implementation of HR KPIs, process automation, and annual salary coordination, Emily has significantly contributed to the organization's HR functions.
