Joana's background includes various roles, from overseeing marketing and ticketing in 2019 to managing the marketing department and product lines in 2017, alongside significant strategic contributions during earlier positions. Additionally, Joana co-founded Wine Tales, enhancing management control processes and customer relations, and held a commercial management role at Vorwerk Group, focusing on sales and team leadership. Joana began a career in public transport marketing with STCP after graduating in Marketing Management from IPAM.
