Audrey Girard

Audrey Girard is the current director at Transdev. Audrey has also worked as the general manager at Pytheas Capital Advisors, where they were responsible for launching and supporting an entrepreneurial project aimed at implementing alternative financing solutions (including for SMEs / ETIs that are strategic suppliers of large groups). From 2016 to 2018, they were the director of development for retirees and solidarity at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. Prior to that, they worked as the deputy manager of mergers & acquisitions and was in charge of governance for shareholders, administrators and executives within the CDC Group.

Audrey Girard studied at IHEPS (Institut des Hautes Etudes de Protection Sociale) for a degree in Santé publique, protection sociale et numerique. Audrey then went on to study at SciencesPo - IFA for a Certificat d'administrateur de sociétés. Finally, they studied at Université Aix-Marseille III for a CAPA, DESS Juriste d'affaires internationales, DJCE, Magistère droit des affaires, and a field in Droit des affaires, fiscalité, comptabilité.
