Crystal Neiswonger

Crystal Neiswonger has over 25 years of experience in international trade compliance. Crystal has held various management positions in companies such as TransDigm Group Inc., Esterline Technologies Corporation, UTC Aerospace Systems, LORD Corporation, Goodrich Landing Gear, and TRW. At TransDigm Group Inc., they currently serve as the Director of International Trade Compliance. In their previous roles at Esterline Technologies Corporation, they were responsible for program management of trade compliance programs and overseeing the Policies Manager and Trade Compliance Assessment Manager. At UTC Aerospace Systems, Crystal held positions as Manager of International Trade Compliance Audit, Interim Senior Manager of International Trade Compliance, and Senior Manager of International Trade Compliance. Crystal also served as a Senior Trade Compliance Specialist at LORD Corporation and held the position of Manager of Import/Export Compliance at Goodrich Landing Gear. Additionally, Crystal worked at TRW as an Export Compliance Officer and Facility Security Officer, as well as an Immigration Specialist.

Crystal Neiswonger earned a Paralegal Certificate in Business Law from The Philadelphia Institute in 1987. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1980 and 1984.
