Jules Belair

Jules Belair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international trade compliance and operations, currently serving as Associate Director of International Trade Compliance at Pratt & Whitney since January 2018. Jules has a background in governance for strategic business transformation and large-scale culture change initiatives, driving continuous improvement within the organization. Previously, Jules held the position of Export Compliance Manager at Pratt & Whitney Canada and spent over a decade at IBM as a Program Manager. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief Information Officer at Trema and as a Senior Business Analyst at Nortel Networks, where strategic consulting on new technologies was a key responsibility. Jules holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an MBA in International Marketing from SKEMA Business School, complemented by foundational studies in pure sciences at College Jean de Brébeuf.
