Vince Ciolli

Vince Ciolli has an extensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Vince began their career at Alltel Communications, Inc. in 1997, where they served as an Accounting Manager until 2002. In 2005, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Manager and stayed there until 2008. Vince then joined TransDigm Group Inc. and held multiple positions, starting as a Controller from 2008 to 2010, then as Group Controller from 2011 to 2013, and subsequently as Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Vince served as the President of TransDigm Group Inc., and from 2021 to 2023, they continued in the role of President. In October 2023, they began a new term as President of the company.

Vince Ciolli obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Vermont from 1984 to 1988. Vince later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Information Systems from Cleveland State University between 1989 and 1992. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at St. Ignatius High School from 1980 to 1984, focusing on College Preparation.
