Uday Chawla

Uday Chawla is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several organizations. As the Managing Partner of TRANSEARCH India since August 2004, Uday also contributes to the Global Executive Committee of TRANSEARCH International, leveraging senior-level executive search and management consulting expertise to develop leadership teams across various industries. Co-founding VdoSelect in January 2015, Uday has played a pivotal role in creating an innovative video interviewing platform. Prior to these roles, Uday served as Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles from 1997 to 2004, where Uday was instrumental in establishing the firm's operations in India and was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. Uday also founded TMI India, a leading Danish management consulting firm focused on culture change and change management, from 1993 to 1997. Uday holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from Delhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
