Waiser Wangdi

Waiser Wangdi is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Associate Principal, Assignment Manager, and Senior Delivery Leader at TRANSEARCH since September 2014. Waiser has played a pivotal role in building practice from the ground up and leading CXO mandates across various sectors including Education, Nonprofit, Financial Services, Emerging Technologies, and Inclusive Markets. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end search processes, mentoring team members, and maintaining client and candidate relationships. Prior to TRANSEARCH, Waiser worked at Stellar Search from June 2009 to September 2014 as a Consultant, and also served as an Associate Consultant and Research Associate focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Waiser's career began at Elixir Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Consultant, handling recruitment for multiple industries. Waiser holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from the Institute of Marketing and Management, Delhi, and a BA in History Hons from Delhi University.
