Tomás Riddell

Tomás Riddell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tomás began their career as an Ingeniero de proyecto at ChargeFIX in November 2016, where they worked until January 2017. Tomás then joined TRANSFORME Consultores as an Ingeniero de proyecto from September 2017 to December 2017. Following that, Tomás worked as an Ingeniero de proyecto at the Centro de Innovación UC Anacleto Angelini from November 2017 to January 2018. In 2018, they joined Transelec S.A, where they held multiple roles. Tomás started as an Ingeniero de Innovación from June 2018 to June 2019. Later, they became the PMO Digital from June 2019 to January 2023. Currently, Tomás holds the position of Head of Innovation and Ventures at Transelec S.A, starting in January 2023.

Tomás Riddell attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial mención en Construcción. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner, which they obtained in April 2020 and March 2020 respectively from Scrum.org.
