The Compliance Team plays a critical role in shaping the way we ensure regulatory adherence and maintain high standards of operational integrity. To make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Investigations & FIU Reporting Analyst to work in our Compliance team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as an Investigations & FIU Reporting Analyst:

  • Conduct thorough investigations on the back of Internal SARs and initiate internal investigations related to potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities
  • Process external SARs using relevant reporting systems, following the prescribed guidelines and required timeframes
  • Handle properly all post-SAR actions and communication with the FNTT/NCA and act as a contact for Law Enforcement in the ongoing investigations that commenced from the submitted SAR
  • Accurately document investigations and findings, ensuring they align with the established reporting standards and practices
  • Conduct regular thematic reviews proactively and as assigned by the Senior FIU Manager. Record the results accordingly and initiate investigations where applicable
  • Promptly handle law enforcement inquiries, and process DPA requests and Court Orders according to the timelines
  • Proactively cooperate with other functions and key stakeholders to ensure that company objectives are achieved

You’ll report to our Senior Investigations & FIU Reporting Manager.

Here’s what we’d love from our new an Investigations & FIU Reporting Analyst:

  • Proficient in Lithuanian with excellent English writing skills.
  • 2+ years of work experience in compliance, specifically within investigations and/or transaction monitoring units (preferably in banks and/or other financial institutions).
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and investigating suspicious activity cases.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively work across multiple teams and management levels within the organization.

And if you can also have this stuff, even better: 

  • Experience in reporting suspicious activity cases to the FNTT and/or the National Crime Agency.
  • Possess an ICA or CAMS certification.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross, depending on experience.
