Peter Effenberg

Peter Effenberg is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in film and digital production. Currently, Peter serves as the Founder of jay – Metadata Tech for Film, a company that bridges streaming services and e-commerce to enhance audience experiences. As a Co-Founder and Shareholder of MediaTech Hub Potsdam, Peter promotes innovation within the media tech community, hosting the MediaTech Hub Conference for international professionals in the industry. Peter also operates transfermedia production services GmbH as Owner, CEO, and Executive Producer, focusing on adapting to technological changes in production. Previous roles include Line Producer for various films and docu-series, as well as Production Manager for notable production companies. Peter holds a Staatsexamen in Germanistik and Geschichte from Leipzig University and is a graduate of Humboldt Gymnasium Potsdam.
