Adrian Peterson, MBA has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Adrian currently holds the position of Club Success Manager at TransferRoom since October 2021. Previously, they founded AP Sports Consulting in 2018, where they served as the Director/Owner. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as the Global Football Development Lead Coach, responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating football training sessions for the club's Elite Development Centres and Player Development Centres. Adrian also managed a season-long player and team development program at St. Dunstan's College in London. Prior to that, they held various positions at TransferRoom, including Club Relationships Manager in 2019 and Head of Club Relationships - United Kingdom from 2017 to 2018. Adrian gained experience in international scouting, performance analysis, youth development, performance management, and international communications as the Football Secretary and International Liaison at Club Santos Laguna from 2015 to 2017. Adrian also served as the Director of Football at Sussex House School from 2011 to 2013 and worked as a Personal Football Coach at Mykidscoach from 2010 to 2013. Adrian started their coaching career at Bed Head Football Club and Sports Galore Ltd Soccer School in 2008, where they held roles such as Senior Football Coach and Director of Coaching.
