Alia Agistina is a skilled Backend Software Engineer currently engaged with both Jack Finance and Transfez since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Alia accumulated experience as a Human Resources Staff at PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk from January 2021 to March 2022, and worked in academia as an Assistant Lecturer of Reliability and Maintainability and Calculus at Telkom University. Additional experience includes serving as a Scheduling Specialist at the Manufacturing Process Laboratory and undertaking an internship in Maintenance Management at Indonesia Power. Alia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2020, along with further technical training received at Hacktiv8 Indonesia.
