Senior Software Support Engineer at Transfinder

Andrew P. began their career in 2013 as a Computer Technician at Schenectady Arc, where they were responsible for answering the agency Help Desk, troubleshooting end user issues, creating user accounts and managing NTFS permissions, and assisting with major software and hardware deployments. Andrew then moved into the role of Support Specialist II, deploying and configuring electronic software for the agency's management platform and training staff in its use. In addition, they served as the primary support contact between Schenectady ARC and MediSked, LLC. Finally, Andrew P. served as a System Administrator, maintaining and upgrading the virtual environment using VMWare's ESXi and VCenter/VSphere platforms, and provisioning resources for new and existing virtual servers. In 2021, Andrew P. joined Transfinder as a Software Support Specialist.

Andrew P. attended SUNY Schenectady County Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer Networking and Systems.
