Julie Ader has over 20 years of work experience. Julie began their career in 1997 as a Special Projects Manager at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center. In 1998, they moved to ACS Government Solutions as a Learning and Development Manager. In 2010, they joined Transfinder where they held the roles of Training Manager, Training Supervisor, and Applications Specialist.

Julie Ader received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1996. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1991 to 1994.
